Bobby Rome:
Blazing a Trail, Creating a Legacy, Making History Bobby Rome’s story began in 1990 when he played his first little league football game with his father as his coach. Under his father's guidance, Bobby's talent blossomed into a fiery passion that would drive his extraordinary career.

During his college years at the University of North Carolina, he continued flourishing, being named a starter all four years. After a successful college career, Bobby’s hard work took him to the Green Bay Rookie Mini Camp and shortly after, to the Las Vegas Locos of the United Football League (UFL). Under notable Coach Jim Fassell, he quickly exceeded expectations, being named All Pro starting fullback in his rookie season. Bobby’s remarkable success in the UFL, led to NFL opportunities with the Pittsburgh Steelers and Kansas City Chiefs. While his time with these teams was short, he was able to foster amazing relationships and fuel his passion for a career in football.

Being the only American import in the history of the Moscow Patriots, Bobby immediately became the “it” guy for American football in Russia. Following a Patriots' winning streak, Bobby’s popularity and the popularity of the game spread like wildfire. All of the newfound attention led to the Patriots' rival team extending an unprecedented $1 million offer to Tim Tebow, in hopes to compete against the “best team in Russia,” for the League's Championship game.
