These days it is neither possible nor desirable for most people to stay in the same job throughout their working life. To what extent do you agree or disagree with this statement?
My model answer
It is said that labor is glorious. In fact, everybody is in desperate need of having a fulfilling job to financially support themselves and their families. In the past , it was quite prominent for the majority of workers to do the identical job from the time they graduated from their school until they drew their pension, but that has become rare in the bustling life nowadays.
First and foremost, most citizens commute their current job with the nurture of achieving further accomplishment in the future. There is a general consensus that a wide range of newly graduates entering on the workforce may have some formidable obstacles to finding a well-paid occupation on the grounds that they accumulate a dearth of practical experience. As a result, on acquiring sufficient qualifications and receiving a higher financial incentive, they may jump into another career in search of getting highly promoted.
Secondly, it is crucial for almost employees to alter their job so as to avoid an adverse working conditions and a high pressure working environment. Actually, there is widespread popularity of sexual harassment in office, which may lead to workers’ physical and mental deterioration. In addition, most residents are in favor of a high degree of flexibility and cannot abide the thought of being cooped up in the office. Moreover, some laborers may suffer from stress to meet rigorous standards of their boss; therefore, they change their job to find another one that is eminently suitable for their competence.

Some opponents of this view contend that changing job may take risks

...WWE Analysis World Wrestling Entertainment, best known as the WWE, is an entertainment company dedicated to the production and marketing of live shows and original products. WWE has two different professional wrestling brands: Raw and Smackdown. Between them they have no great difference; the format is the same, the stories are just as complex to each character, and characters are exchanging between each of the marks. This has no other purpose to give a bit of dynamism to the show, and a bit of rivalry between the Raw and the Smackdown. WWE creates various characters for its program with very complex features, to then introduce them to the world of the fight with combinations of social satire, action, adventure, drama, mystery, athletics and much humor. With regard to the history of the characters, WWE has been characterized by creating a very long history of each of the characters, line since they begin to make popular until they reach retirement, making countless fights, rivalries between teammates, Championships, injuries, among other things that certainly make people continue struggles, and see them continuously, the story of the characters is linear. Program Raw on Monday was recorded for the first time in the city of Mexico, which created much commotion that in Mexico there are many followers of this programme and, of course Rey Misterio and recently Alberto del Rio, the two Mexican fighters of the brand. The show was like any other of the engravings in the U.S....

Wwe Case Study

...Case Study #2 World Wrestling Entertainment Under the leadership of CEO, Vince McMahon, World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) has become one of the most popular entertainment brands in the world. WWE strives to keep its exposure to the 35 million fans and attract new viewers by using various customer facing platforms from live wrestling matches to mobile apps. McMahon clearly understands what the fans want and has been innovating and improving ways to satisfy their needs in the entertainment industry. McMahon’s entrepreneurial spirit and continual efforts to stay competitive have allowed WWE to become successful. Although there are a few direct competitors in the wrestling entertainment business, WWE has to watch out an emerging competitor in the combat sport such as Ultimate Fighter Championship (UFC). After 12 years of working at his father’s company, McMahon acquired the firm from his father in 1982 and named it World Wrestling Federation (WWF). Aggressive and ambitious man he was, he knew that he could transform the business into a global brand if the firm had implemented different strategies. Since the acquisition, McMahon has been continually innovating and adapting various customer facing platforms to maintain its competitive advantage. In order to grow the business from regional to national, McMahon started broadcasting his matches across the country to reach out to new audiences. As a result, he eliminated many of the rivals, and people gradually began to have more...

...revenue sources coming from film, music, product licensing and direct product sales. WWE merchandises are mainly male base for example video games, sport magazines, books, live wrestling events, TV broadcasting; therefore the majority of their fans are males between ages of 12 to 34. Moreover, WWE shows were mostly involving in its sex and violence during the past years, it was considered not appropriate for family friendly market. This leads to limit the variety of their customers such as children, parents, and females. Furthermore, WWE is also facing many competitors. If WWE was just only a wrestling company, their competitors would be the likes of TNA (Total Nonstop Action Wrestling) or some other professional fighting organization. But because of the fact that it’s in the entertainment business, their competitors come in all sorts such as new reality shows like Fear Factor, Survivor, and many major Hollywood movie studios like 20th Century Fox, Columbia pictures, or Warner Bros studio on producing films. Alternatives: In order to broaden its market and attract younger and female customers without weaken its positioning in its male core market; WWE probably should limit its sex and violence in the television shows. They should restrict the use of some fake props and abusive languages in order to get a rating of TV-PG for their shows in response to family-friendly market. Moreover, WWE should focus on spreading their...

He is titled in the company as "the longest-reigning WWE Champion of the modern era", having held the title for 434 days from November 20, 2011 to January 27, 2013. Punk is officially recognized as the sixth-longest reigning champion of all time.[10][11] In June, after pinning WWE Champion John Cena on Raw,[138] Rey Mysterio at Capitol Punishment[139]and finally Alberto Del Rio again in a contendership match (which included Mysterio) all within one week, Punk revealed his contract would expire at Money in the Bank and vowed to leave the company with theWWE Championship; some of his speeches and mannerisms echoed his final months with Ring of Honor. After making a scathing on-air speech concerning the way in which WWE is run and its owner Vince McMahon, he was given a storyline suspension from televised WWE events[140] but was reinstated the following week on Cena's insistence.[141] Upon his return, Punk ceased to appear with the remaining members of Nexus and the group quietly dissolved that month.[142] This helped transition him from a villainous character back to being afan-favorite. Two weeks later, at Money in the Bank, CM Punk defeated John Cena to become the WWE Champion on his final night under contract with WWE.[141] On July 21, Punk made a surprise appearance at a joint WWE-Mattel panel at the San Diego Comic Con, to mock new Chief Operating Officer Triple H and offer WWE Championship tournament...

Examining a Business Failure

...Examining a Business Failure University of Phoenix Organizational Leadership LDR/531 Kenya King January 25, 2010 Examining a Business Failure Seven years ago a very successful business man named Vince McMahon wanted to expand his business but in an innovative way. Mr. McMahon was and still is President of the World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE). He has successfully taken a product and marketed it worldwide. His primary demographic is 12-24yr olds but WWE has hooked a much broader crowd. The irony in the success is the wrestling matches are scripted and a winner is pre-determined. The fans, though they know this, don’t seem to care. After all, it’s called WWE. In 2000, Mr. McMahon set his sights on buying the Canadian Football League but was thwarted when the governors of the CFL didn’t support the buyout. Thus, the XFL was born as a joint venture between the XFL and NBC. The XFL was a single entity league meaning that all teams were owned by the XFL. There were 8 teams total, games were played on Sat nights and televised on NBC, and players were made up of former NFL players and athletes from all over the world. The XFL would play immediately after the NFL Super Bowl and play 10 games over a 2 month period. Player salaries were structured based on position played with bonuses going to winning teams. Since this was a football league Mr. McMahon knew he had to have a strategic change to differ his league from the NFL. For example, there was no longer...

Undertaker

...It is the time of the year where WWE fans are looking back on the year that was while also looking ahead to the new year with hope that 2015 will be a better year than 2014 was. One of the things that is on a lot of people’s minds is whether or not The Undertaker will wrestle at WrestleMania 31. The latest bit of news about The Undertaker is that WWE wants him to work because he’s making around $1 million per year and they want to get a return on their investment, so to speak. If he does wrestle at WrestleMania 31 then his likely opponent is Bray Wyatt. At this point, nobody really knows if he’ll compete and we probably won’t find out for sure for another month or two. Next year’s WrestleMania could be the time where he decides not to come back. Maybe he can get inducted into the Hall of Fame in 2015 or even better in 2016 in his home state of Texas since it’s going to be in Dallas. Whatever he decides, fans should respect him because of all that he’s done in his amazing career. Nobody deserves our respect more than him. What if he doesn’t wrestle, though? He’s at a point in his life where he really doesn’t need to wrestle anymore. He has a wife (Michelle McCool) who he has a daughter with, he has other children from previous marriage and he’s done enough to entertain us. There really is nothing left for him to do. Should he wrestle or should he retire for good? It’s a debate fans will have for several months and then in the years that follow. I’ve been at three of the past...

I was about to say something when the CNN president clapped his hand “You know what this means” he said smiling “Yes sir, Thank you sir!” Hiding my excitement, I booked into the VIP room. A woman appeared that made my heart beats fast. “Ma’am Amy, Hello” I said hugging her and suddenly a cheer was heard. I smiled when I saw her, international supermodel April Agamanos, who looks like a pearl in the sea walked in and luckily she sat beside me she too was shocked when she saw me and congratulated me for my profession then a gorgeous stewardess came and I bleamed when I saw Alexis Sal-ao. The pilot spoke and I discovered that he was no other than Bhryx Tiwang who was recently married to WWE diva, Danielle Tiwang. The landing feels like a slow-motion because of my emotions. Only having met him once, he was such a stranger to me. A big part of why he didn’t visit us was his addiction to heroine but also because my parents never knew where he was. His life revolved around getting more drugs right up until he died of an overdose. My Uncle John was much more significant to my mom, he was her brother. After he passed away, she didn’t seem the same as before. She was sad and becoming more and more stressed, having to plan the service all by herself. I chose this song because it reminds me of my uncle. The A Team is about a girl who is slowly slipping into a deep addiction, she’s come to the point where day and night, every decision she makes is to get more heroine. Even though I was not around him, I imagine that this is similar to what happened to my uncle. In the song, he talks about it being too cold for the angels to...

Embracing DNA, Expanding Horizons: The Panda Turns Fifty The World Wildlife Fund (WWF) was established fifty years ago to save endangered species from extinction. The first WWF office was established in Switzerland in April 1961 and the second was established in the United States in December of that year. Fifty years later, WWF is one of the largest conservation organizations in the world, operating in more than 100 countries and employing more than 5,000 staff. WWF is a global network of 30 self-governed national offices, five WWF associates operating under different names, and dozens of program offices each working under the direction of a national office. Over the years, WWF’s work has expanded beyond species conservation to include habitat preservation and pollution reduction. Acknowledging this expanded scope, the global organization changed its name in 1986 to the World Wide Fund for Nature. However, WWF offices in the United States and Canada retained the original name and, in 2001, the WWF network decided to use the original acronym “WWF” as its one global name. Notwithstanding the different names, WWF’s logo—the iconic panda—is cherished by the entire WWF network. Inspired by a popular panda named Chi Chi at the London zoo...
