Statistics have shown more people are renting for longer periods, due to the last economic recession in the early 2000s and while the interest rates have gone down for residential properties, employees’ wages have not increased enough to encourage home buying.

Legal Form of Ownership: Tidaback LLC is registered as a limited liability corporation in the State of Florida. Upon acquiring a property, WWEIG will be title holder and will be recorded in a Trust. Trustee will be announced preceding closing.
The primary revenue focus for the firm is acquiring real estate investment properties with the purpose to rent the properties to the general public. The firm will gain revenues from the continuing rental income disbursed to WWEIG while generating capital appreciation from the long term possession of these properties. While the real estate market has come to its bottom, Management anticipates that the market will have a prospective growth rate of nearly 5% to 6%
