ALL FIELD PERSONAL’s We are concerned to note that in spite of several warnings, many of you are not following the reporting systems as per the Company rules and regulations. As it cannot be tolerated any more, I would like to make it clear that those who are not disciplined and not following the company systems will have to face the consequences. Same way, we would like to inform you all that from October 2014 onwards our Company will not be in a position to service any unproductive field personals. Those who are serious, who wants to be associated with us and can work as per the company rules and regulations and produce results as per the Company requirements from time to time will only be taken care by the company. Other’s who fall in other category can look out for any other employment elsewhere. Minimum sale of PROSTEVIA, WOMENPRO, KEMPRO, Chocolate, Vanilla, Protein Powder’s must not be less than 100 bottles per CDE per month. Minimum sales value of our products must not be less than Rs.75,000/- per month per CDE. Those who feel the above figures are not possible can look out for better opportunities. Please treat this as very important. And also generating revenue to the company is most important, ie; collecting secondary payments from the Stockiest in schedule time, which will help us to get our things in time, so support company in doing the required things in the framed time. Following points mentioned below has to be followed without any Dilutions here after and those who fail to do things will be mercilessly removed from the organization without any further communication. * Daily call report has to be posted once in two days . * Minimum of 10 to 12 Doctor call has to be made every day. * Minimum of 5 to 6 chemist calls has to be made every day. * Minimum of 2 to 3 POB’s should be taken every day. * Weekly Secondary Sales & stock position has to be sent by SMS on last day of the week i.e., Saturday by 5 P M along with day’s work report. * Secondary Sales of minimum of Rs.75,000/- in a month should be achieved on weekly basis without any excuses. * The primary orders from the distributors should be taken on every Saturday and mail it to your respective Manager’s on the same day itself. * The Secondary Sales statement, stock and sales statement should be prepared and brought to the monthly meeting on every month. I am sure that all of you will take the above mentioned points positively and will take necessary steps to ensure each one of you in Disciplined, Productive and Profitable Field Sales person for the organization.
