Each word was a boulder on Yarah's head, slumping her down in the chair.
Hyacinth continued, "Ryker Troelsen, imprisoned for aiding and abetting."
The room seemed to slowly tilt. This isn't real, Yarah thought. "Where is my son?"
"In a lovely orphanage in Eastern Annwyn, handpicked by me. He's banned from Earth for the next sixteen years...Earth years."
