Niche

Our niche will be in the value of the various offerings we will be providing in a very tourist centric country. Our pricing model is cheaper or comparable to the competition and we will focus on activities that everyone can do. The target market segment will be younger active adults; however, Belize attracts many age ranges of individuals. The 40-60 year old market segment still wants to hike into the rainforest and up the mayan ruins. Our company provides that opportunity to everyone and will cater to the varying levels of the clientele.

The internet and other local companies will be our main source of advertising. The tourist that likes to ensure the details of their vacation are covered, will turn to the internet to search for different tour options. Our company will pay for advertising to show up as a top choice during internet searches. After the company starts to make money, we will add additional advertising to other popular sites including the cruise ship sites for booking day excursions.

The other major route of advertising will be with local companies. Flyers and brochures will be distributed to local restaurants, hotels and coffee shops. This will target the existing customers that are on vacation or locals in the area that are looking for unique things to do without the hassle of finding them or knowing where to go.
