Mr. Urbina, At this moment you are under subject of review of potentially recieving a court-martial from the United States Marine Corps, branch of the United States Armed Forces, in relation to the division of the United States Navy. It has come to my attention whilst off practice of the law of this matter that has been contininug since of Februaury of 2016.
