Correction Plan within Communication for Correct Billing The various combinations of communication skills required within any team are differentiated because there are differences that each team posses. The skills in which my team requires would be; the ability to analyze the situation, the ability to isolate the problem, and the ability to insert the correct fixation in the codes as well as the information that is due for the data entry. Simply one person, can in fact, solve this billing issue. I feel it would be better to use a problem-solving team which will reduce the time it takes for fixing errors as well as optimizing the efficiency in which production and the payments of the doctors can resume without any further delays. Before I talk about the way I will be organizing and structuring my team, I want to talk about problem-solving. The steps of problem-solving are; defining the problem, establish the criteria, consider a solution, select a solution, implement a solution, and follow-up on the solution (Cheesebro et al., 2010). I will hold a meeting with my team so we can define the problem, and we all can come up with a clear understanding of why these billing issues have occurred. Then we will analyze the findings of what the team has found. I will then have my team come up with a list of solutions. We will then start to consider all the solutions that have been provided, select the most reasonable solution so we can implement that solution in fixing this billing error. It is crucial that I have someone besides myself, follow-up with the final solution to make sure everything is running smoothly. The way I will organize and structure this specific team would be by assigning each individual with an appropriate task that will lead to efficient as well as non-time consuming efforts. Each team member will be responsible for a certain task in fixing the errors that will allow me, head of billing to correct the overall problem and make sure that there are no further
Correction Plan within Communication for Correct Billing problems in the future. The structure of the team will be based on me picking individuals who are reliable, have experience, and are team players with good quality communication skills. With having a structured team like this, we will be able to isolate the problem, identify the cause, correct as well as change the formatting in which all data will be accurate, as well as the codes. In order for our team to be a success, we will all need to be open-minded individuals that have open communication and respect for one another. According to Delva, Jamieson, & Lemieux (2008), they state in their survey that people reported, “Despite the challenges of teamwork, some valued the experience of being part of a team, emphasizing the importance of relationships.” This is truest. When a team gets put together, you want individuals who will feel a part of something and not feel neglected and left out. Building strong and firm relationships in a team can help get things done in a timely manner without conflict. Since we have a number of people working within our team, there may be a conflict because not everyone likes to take verbal direction from other coworkers who may be a lead of a certain task I have given them to do. If this were to be an issue, I would have a meeting with the employee who is having an issue and listen to how they are feeling. I would try to explain to the employee the importance of their job and why that certain employee is important to our team. According to Delva, Jamieson, & Lemieux (2008), they state, “Effective teamwork relied on team communication based on respect and feelings of comfort with other team members.”
At the same time, I would make sure to let the employee know that we have timelines, and we can’t be dealing with conflicts. All this would be said in a respectful manner.

For many organizations, a simple 5 scale grade will be sufficient as follows: Document / Data Classification | Description | Top Secret | Highly sensitive internal documents e.g. pending mergers or acquisitions; investment strategies; plans or designs; that could seriously damage the organization if such information were lost or made public. Information classified as Top Secret has very restricted distribution and must be protected at all times. Security at this level is the highest possible. | Highly Confidential | Information that, if made public or even shared around the organization, could seriously impede the organization’s operations and is considered critical to its ongoing operations. Information would include accounting information, business plans, sensitive customer information of banks, solicitors and accountants etc., patient's medical records and similar highly sensitive data. Bop Report

...SENTRY is the Federal Bureau of Prisons’s (BOP) primary mission support database. The system collects, maintains, and tracks critical inmate information, including inmate location, medical history, behavior history, and release data. SENTRY processes over 1 million transactions each day and tracks more than 165,000 inmates. Roughly 85 percent of these inmates are housed within the BOP facilities, with the remaining inmates confined in other government facilities (state or local) or privately operated facilities through contracts with the BOP. As of March 2003, over 24,000 personal computers at approximately 200 facilities could access SENTRY. The purpose of this audit was to assess the application controls for the BOP’s SENTRY database to determine whether inmate data entered in SENTRY is valid, properly authorized, and completely and accurately processed.1 Our criteria for conducting the review was the Federal Information System Controls Audit Manual (FISCAM).2 We reviewed the accuracy and timeliness of SENTRY’s input, processing, and output controls and judgmentally selected 3 of the BOP’s 29 Community Corrections Offices (CCO) to conduct onsite reviews of their operational workflow (Annapolis Junction, Maryland; Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; and Chicago, Illinois). These sites were selected because they process large volumes of inmate data into SENTRY. Our application review of SENTRY identified weaknesses in 4 of the 27 FISCAM control areas that we tested. We do not consider our...
