This shiny sculpture has gold gilt on the bronze core. Dharmachakramudra, which is his hand gesture, means teaching and always shown as a representation of Buddha Vairocana. The bottom structure consists some wheel-like machine part, which indicates that this schulpture might be put in a lotus like base that can open and close.
