Respect to
TWO Special People

In these times the search for happiness seems out of reach.
When the struggle between man and woman depends largely on desires to learn rather than teach.
It’s such a comfort to see two lovely people making time go by,
Not questioning destiny as most people are prone to do.
They enjoy precious moments that become treasures as seconds tick through.
Precious moments because they are so rare,
In a space in time when there’s the question, “Who cares?”
So, in these times for lovers like the friends that I know, treasures each second, and then maybe one day you both will grow—
Grow into each other in body and mind;
Grow to know the meaning of being sweet and kind.
Grow in understanding it’s the basis of love.
Grow in desire …show more content…
So, again to you and the many others who move through this life, grow with each moment, treasure each second, and be together throughout toll and strife.

PEACE…

BOTTOM LINE: LUV!

Ole lady and I had a quarrel which led to a mental fight.
No way to let this go on when it makes you lose a lot of sleep at night.
So, I offered these words which have implications to lovers everywhere; especially when there’s mental friction and unrest two people often share.
“When we invited each other inside walls that surround us every day,
We accept the responsibilities to make each other comfortable in every way.”
Now these few words may not seem very much to outsiders passing judgment.
But two people create their own individual language to make easy love’s betterment.
We all treat people we meet in the same fashion of the lines above.
It’s how we grow to know the different meanings of friendship and love.
Check it out and see if the bottom line comes out the same.
If not, then surely it was a pleasure entertaining you with our game.

“My Love and Me”

Never Love Another!!!

There’s a song written and performed that touched my heart. It inspired lovers to renew an inner vow, to never ever

Mother

...A Mother's Love essay Nothing can come close to the love that a mother feels for her children. Most women are inherently excellent mothers. Women carry their young before they are born and then continue to nurture them throughout their childhood and even into adulthood. Mothers make sure that their children are safe and happy throughout their childhood. It is the unconditional love that a mother feels that drives these feelings. It is hard to describe the feeling that a mother has towards her children. In fact, most people do not understand unless they become a mother themselves. Raising children comes with its own share of frustrations, from the needy new born baby that requires regular care to the sullen teenager, a mother's job is anything but easy. A famous saying states that "God could not be everywhere and so he invented mothers", these words are a great inspiration to mothers across the world. When all is well, a mother puts her children before anything else, including their own comfort and happiness. Mothers give an awful lot of support to their children, whether it involves very visible support or simple background encouragement. Not only do mothers support their children, but they also often hold the whole family structure together. This role is not always plain sailing. A mother can also be upset or hurt. Remember that a mother often takes the fallout for the toddler tantrums and the teenage angst. Despite this, mothers, generally, will love their children no matter...

Investigating Meaningful Teaching

...learn along with their students; get to know them, teach to their interests and abilities also. Relationships among thinking, teaching and learning are similar to a triangle. Likewise, the triangular relationship may flow in any direction and have differentiated sides. Empowering people, changing lives, shaping our future is why I want to be a special educator. It is my lifelong passion for learning that drives me to demonstrate that every student is capable of learning, worthy of respect, and to know that I believe in them. Rewarding teaching experiences are numerous; however, for me, each time a student comes through a school door is meaningful to me. Meaningful and worthwhile teaching and learning experiences are strongly affected by student relationships. It is the observation of their actions, listening to their language, noticing body language and taking the time to get to know them that are contributing factors. Sharing with students that I am not human, I will and do make mistakes is also necessary. I will not pretend to be perfect or different from each of them. I will learn from them just as they will learn from me hopefully. Believe in each student as capable of learning, being a special, unique individual and an equal in every way affects meaningful and worthwhile teaching and learning experiences. “You can’t have one without the other”, makes me think of an effective way to describe the relationship between thinking, teaching and learning. Reflecting upon...

Ethical Behavior

...Management Rachael Crimes Grantham University This essay is a discussion of ethics, ethical responsibility, along with stakeholders and their impact on decision making within an organization. The essay explains the importance of ethical responsibility. There are detailed examples of ethical and unethical behavior within an organization. The essay is a compilation of works by several authors. The explanation of the authors’ belief of ethical behavior was studied to complete this essay. Ethical responsibility is important in the business world. Businesses have a responsibility of being honest with employees so they can make informed decisions about career choices; a responsibility to respect customers, and a responsibility to invest in the community that the business depends upon. The biggest organizations can be destroyed; whether by a company or by one person within a company (Sims, 2003). According to Sims common ethical problems include accounting practices that hide fraud and theft from employees as well as investors. These types of violations will lead to criminal charges, loss of consumer confidence, and employee respect. In order to maintain an ethically responsible company, clear moral standards must be set from the onset of the company (Sims, 2003). The company should create and enforce a code of conduct that ensures that customers are treated fairly by employees. Sims explained that to avoid even the appearance of unethical behavior the organization should...

Patrick Geary Living With The Dead In The Middle Ages

...Living with the Dead in the Middle Ages According to the introduction of Living with the Dead in the Middle Ages, Patrick J. Geary sets out to examine the similarities between how the people of the Middle Ages dealt with the dying and death and how our modern-day society manages the same. Geary somehow mostly misses this assessment, and instead through a collection of essays provides an in-depth appraisal of the reverence of the lives of saints, their burials, and the subsequent respect of the relics of saints. Geary’s essays are divided into the following sections: Reading, Representing, Negotiating, and Living. These chapters highlight the challenges that have been faced by early medieval specialists in terms of the sources available to them. Reading the sources is perhaps the most challenging as seen by Geary. Geary advocates for a triple process of evaluation: a traditional interpretation of written sources, examination of how...

Gibbs cycle is set out in order of categories made up of different headings. (See appendix 1). By using this cycle it allows me to reflect in structured and effective way. The subject of this final piece of reflection will cover the development and utilisation of interpersonal skills in order to establish and maintain therapeutic relationships. Neal (2003, p100) states a therapeutic relationship can be described as being between nurse and patient and is based on patients needs for care assistance and guidance. It is a relationship that is established solely to meet the patient’s needs and therefore, is therapeutic in nature. Chambers et al (2005, p303) suggest interpersonal and therapeutic relationships are at the centre of nursing work, the relationship that exists between nurse and patient can often provide the energy and be the catalyst, the motivation and the source of strength to continue with treatment or face difficult sometimes life threatening situations. Supervisor - Subordinate Relationships

...Supervisor-Subordinate Relationships Both transformational leadership and leader-member exchange leadership theories have been an issue of discussion for many scholars. The majority of authors agree that transformational leaders ‘have qualitatively different and quantitatively greater effects on their followers than the effects of exchange leaders’ (Gupta & Krishnan 2004, p.7). This essay builds on the existing literature about these two theories and will try to draw a parallel between LMX and transformational leadership, i.e. it will reveal the different and similar qualities of supervisor-subordinate relationships. Specifically, the essay focuses on the mechanism that each style of leadership uses in developing these relationships. That will actually help to find out some differences and similarities. This paper initially revisits the main aspects of transformational leadership and LMX leadership theories and then discusses them in relation to their capacity to develop differing qualities of supervisor-subordinate relationships. In ‘Leader-Member Exchange, Transformational Leadership, and Value System’ Krishnan (2005) noted that according to Burns, ‘the result of transforming leadership is a relationship of mutual stimulation and elevation that converts followers into leaders and convert leaders into moral agent’, which means that both leaders and team members offer one another. In this case, leaders serve their followers, create conditions for their further development...
