I am a constant doer. I have chose to do things constantly and I even remain productive in my free time. I have worked a lot of jobs and I find I get tired of a job after several months. This pushes me to find a new job. In fact this weekend I have put in resumes to be a sales associate at various electronics retailers. According to my personality type I have the perfect salesman personality I am High-Energy, enthusiastic, and like to get things done. There are a few problems with my personality type is that I make decisions without considering the consequences.

Where an organizational setting is concerned, something useful I learned is that the process of changing from the old system to a new system should not be done so by telling your employees that the two systems are similar. That is to say that if I introduce a new system to my company and I tell my employees not to worry about it because it functions just like the old system, this will not be beneficial to me. This is the case because by doing so, I will only be confusing my employees. The new and old systems will be conflicting with one another during my employee’s process of change. And although I may still get the desired change from my employees, there is a chance I may only get that after going through a difficult process.

...The Developmental Psychology of Erik Erikson Erik Erikson was a follower of Sigmund Freud who broke with his teacher over the fundamental point of what motivates or drives human behavior. For Freud it was biology or more specifically the biological instincts of life and aggression.
