On behalf of Negaunee’s Environmental Science class, we would like to thank Moyle Trucking-Excavating for being an involved community partner. Moyle Trucking-Excavating took time out of a busy work day and came to Negaunee High School to help level off the area we will be using for a school garden. They not only took work time but they also did the job for no cost. Before leveling, this area consisted of different unwanted plant species and very uneven ground not suitable for planting. Now with the space cleared and leveled we will be able to start our gardening project. This area will accompany two hoop houses and many raised beds to assist our plant growth.
