Netsuites presentation

1. I am beginning my presentation with an explanation of Netsuite. The Mission Statement of Netsuite is to provide web-based integrated business systems with the power of traditional applications used by the world's largest companies, but at a fraction of the cost and complexity. Netsuite consistently strives to follow this mission and have proven longevity. It was actually founded back in 1998. They employ 1000 people across 9 offices.

2. Now I will tell you about CRM. CRM is a a necessity for any business. It is an integrated approach to identifying, acquiring and retaining customers with an overall goal of providing excellent customer service and experiences across all channels. CRM aims to provide more effective feedback & improved integration to better gauge the return on investment in these channels. Basically, CRM can be an extremely useful tool and NetSuite takes it to the next level with CRM+

3. Above all it is important to give you some information about NetSuite’s Sales Force Automation. NetSuite’s SFA can power any sales organization with the most integrated out of the box SFA capabilities available. Staying true to NetSuite’s exceptional nature, SFA can give your sales team total visibility into every aspect of the customer relationship, including support cases and even back-office information. Examples include contracts and inventory.

4. These are the main capabilities of SFA that ABC should focus on. I will further explain how these will help fulfill needs that you have, but first let’s go over the call 1 meeting.

Alaska Coffee

...Alaska Coffee Company Alaska Coffee Co. has many strengthens within the organization that allows it to still remain in business. They are a differentiated business because of their three key differences which include: freezing coffee in air-tight containers, using high-grade washed Arabica coffee, and roasting using the Sivetz air-roaster. All of the products Alaska Coffee Co. sold were positioned as high quality and differentiated. The beverages that were sold were differentiated products because they were specialty coffees, and because the product was made to order by skilled workers in retail stores. The customer experience at the stores was important to customers because of the décor, music, smells, customer service, and the coffee itself. They also had complimentary products to go along with the specialty coffee such as Italian pastries, bagels, mugs, and T-shirts. Also, they purchased products in low quantities to guarantee that no inventory remained and was wasted. Alaska Coffee Co. was home-grown in Alaska and relied heavily on local support and a reputation for quality. Alaska Coffee Co. did not attempt to sell low-price or low-cost goods. They sold home espresso machines that ranged from $600-$1,000, which were above average for the machines. Another strength Alaska Coffee Co. had was that it offered training services to commercial accounts. Some of the training that they provided to accounts and the general public was free, but some all day classes...

Bsa-310 Week 2 Team

...Financial and Accounting (F & A) Systems Team A Business Systems – BSA/310 May 13, 2013 Current Challenges Riordan Manufacturing is using different business systems throughout their branches. These different systems are causing difficulties, which produces errors in reporting and argument between these branches. San Jose has a license for a fully integrated Windows system without application source code. Michigan has a vendor software application that is no longer supported due to the vendor no longer being in business. To compound the issue, Georgia’s software is from a different vendor than Michigan’s vendor. A company that uses multiple systems will run into numerous difficulties, which can be prevented or resolved by planning and integration of a single business system that was designed and configured for all braches to access and use. Each of the department’s data are collected from different sources, some data is stored on hard copies that need to be reentered into the other system so that it is digitally available, which other branches are currently using. As a result of all the time it takes to transfer all existing data currently on hard copy, a lot of manpower hours are being wasted during this process. With the use of multiple codes on the many business systems that are currently in place, data needs to be converted to the proper code before each system can recognize the data. The above mentioned two issues, data that is hard copied and multiple...

Royal Crown Derby Uses Erp

...INSERT TEACHERS NAME INSERT CLASS NAME AND NUMBER 13 November 2015 Royal Crown Derby ERP Case Every day in every town, in every state, in every country there are people who start their own businesses. Some of these businesses succeed and some of them fail, so everyday these people are asking themselves “Why did I fail? Where did I do wrong?” Those that fail can be businesses that had been open and thriving for many years, along with those that just opened and never even gets their name out into the market. Failure to market online is actually one of the top reasons that a business ends up closing its doors. It is estimated that approximately 80% of internet users have used the internet to research specific items and make an online purchase. Therefore, a business should be visible to customers during their online research when shopping. Many businesses allow customers who have already ordered items from them to provide feedback about the products that they have ordered and received from that business. Another reason that businesses fail to succeed is that they aren’t looking at this feedback and taking measures to make right the wrongs that society writes about them. Potential customers are looking at these comments- up to 81%, so why would a business owner not look at these comments themselves? Successful companies are able to create a brand, a way of saying “this is who we are and what we offer” and any media, web content and social media all have the potential of...

Information Systems and Software Applications

...There are many different software solutions for businesses to use to help their companies run. Three parts of a business that use software are accounting, human resources, and management. Each one of these departments has multiple software solutions. In this paper I will give a brief overview of a software solution for each of these three departments. A software solution for accounting would be NetSuite. This software allows a company to see their outstanding invoices and bills in real-time. NetSuite has a budgeting feature that allows the company to see the upcoming years projected objectives. It also allows the company to generate up to the moment reports so you can evaluate the companies spending. NetSuite allows for different types of currency to help the company exchange money. It also has the ability to connect to multiple bank accounts and pay bills for the company with online bill pay. A software solution for human resources would be Lawson. Lawson gives the company the ability to track their employees. It keeps up with what days each employee works and for how many hours the employees worked during that day. Lawson allows both the company and the employees to view the system. Lawson keeps up with sick time and vacations time that an employee accumulates and uses. It also allows both the company and employee to see benefits that the company gives each employee. The company can have an online pay check system instead of having to send out a paper version of the employees...
