Dora, a Exploradora.
Pais, Tal Filho”. O programa completo encontra-se disponível no website e redes sociais do NorteShopping.

...Ebony Enman Week 4 Assignment October 20, 2014 To: Delta Press Release and Marketing Team From: Ebony Enman Subject: Skymiles program change Greetings Everyone: I would like to offer my gratitude to everyone on the Delta marketing team. Everyone who had a say in the implementation of the one-way skymiles awards chart. This past February, your company released the revenue based frequent flyer program that will begin the beginning of 2015. Considering the input of this program it was determined based off meeting customer needs and would be beneficial to the customer based off data analyst. Understanding that customers will not earn miles based on miles flown, but you’ll earn them based on ticket cost. I also see that you have included other great customer incentives such as, adding more award tiers, allowing one-way awards for half the cost of a roundtrip, excellent marketing! However, I might have only found one down fall to this program and it is for the people who travel often and are good at trying to outsmart the system. Bottom Line to your new changes is that when the economy is doing poorly or well, it is still a great way to get people on planes and a great way to generate additional revenue through partnerships. I for one certainly don’t see these changes as being hurtful for everyone. This press release was very informational and promotional. The information that was released was detailed and at the same time promoting for those who haven’t considered...

...anybody affiliated with the company. On August 5, 2010, a copper mine shaft in northern Chile collapsed leaving 33 miners trapped in the San Jose mine. The miners were trapped 1017 feet below the ground. The company’s reaction and response to the situation would influence the world’s view on the company. At the point of the mineshaft collapse, it became extremely important for the company’s representatives to communicate effectively with the press, family members of the miners, investors and government officials. The company had multiple audience types and the initial release of information and each update needed to change for each audience group to fit the needs of each group. The company needed to keep the reputation and outlook of the mining company intact. The company’s representatives would also simultaneously need to release truthful and accurate information; some of which may not have helped to keep the company’s reputation intact (Weik, 2010). The company had the responsibility of keeping the family members, press, investors, and government officials informed of how they planned to rescue the 33 miners and what steps they were taking to perform the rescue. College Internships

...When a college student makes the decision to do an internship, it can be equally rewarding for both parties. Employers may receive a student who may not be “seasoned” however, they can be a key element in assisting the organization's needs. With the economy as it is today, an intern can save the employer money. An intern is not required to be added to the organization's payroll, receive medical insurance or even partake in paid holidays or vacations which are just a few reasons on how an intern can save the employer on employee costs. The organizations that will be using interns need to keep in mind that just because they are using an intern, it can not be done just to save money (Associated Press, 2009). The students return is much more than that of the employer. For instance, some students may get paid for their internship if it is a larger organization that sponsors the internship (University Parent Connection, 2008). While not all interns receive pay, the knowledge gained is worth it. Other benefits the student can receive may be earning college credits, the possibility of job placement upon completion of the internship or graduation and hands on experience. Also, students will learn networking skills. This skill is sometimes overlooked in college, but can certainly be a huge asset to the student. During this time the student is given the opportunity to display what they are capable of achieving, while meeting new people (University Parent Connection, 2008). Because of networking...

Howell1 Abstract To assess the effectiveness of climate change communications, it is important to examine their long-term impacts on individuals’ attitudes and behavior. This article offers an example study and a discussion of the challenges of conducting long-term investigations of behavioral change related to climate change communications (a vital and underresearched area). The research reported is a longitudinal panel study of the impacts on UK viewers of the climate change movie The Age of Stupid. The heightened levels of concern, motivation to act, and sense of agency about action that were initially generated by the movie did not measurably persist over the long term. The results also show that behavioral intentions do not necessarily translate into action. Data analysis raised...

Apa Style of Writing

...http://www.apastyle.org/learn/tutorials/basics-tutorial.aspx How do you reference a web page that lists no author? When there is no author for a web page, the title moves to the first position of the reference entry: Example: All 33 Chile miners freed in flawless rescue. (2010, October 13). Retrieved from http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/39625809/ns/world_news-americas/ Cite in text the first few words of the reference list entry (usually the title) and the year. Use double quotation marks around the title or abbreviated title.: ("All 33 Chile Miners," 2010). Note: Use the full title of the web page if it is short for the parenthetical citation. Articles found on the web, like the example above, are not italicized in the reference entry and are not italicized but enclosed in quotations in the in-text citation, just like a newspaper or magazine article. Knowing You Audiance

...Knowing Your Audience: Chilean Mine Disaster Kelli Russ BCOM/275 01/27/2014 Toya L. Bligen Knowing Your Audience: Chilean Mine Disaster It is important to understand your audience when delivering messages. This is a vital importance when delivering messages that deal with a catastrophic incident like the Chilean mine disaster of 2010. It is important that the messages that are received are clear, concise and release pertinent information to the parties involved. There are many different people involved in situations like this; there are the rescues personal, employees of the company involved, families, clergy, news reporters and emergency medical personal who all need different parts of information to perform their efficiently. “The key to effective communication is shared understanding of the information.” (Cheesebro, O'connor, & Riso, “Chapter 1: Communication Concepts, Communication Defined” 2010). Different people will react to this news in varied ways. The rescuers will want to know the specifics like what actually happened, how many people were involved, what supplies they may have available, and what are the safety procedures they have in place. They will need as much information as is available. “Officials said the roof of the main ramp down into mine was thought to have collapsed around 100m (328ft) above the miners' heads” ("Chile mine collapse traps 34 miners", 2010). This is the type of information that the rescuers need to be aware of when...

It draws upon three mixed-method studies, with an emphasis on the qualitative data which offer an in-depth insight into how people make sense of climate change. The paper defines engagement as an individual’s state, comprising three elements: cognitive, affective and behavioural. A number of common barriers emerge from the three studies, which operate broadly at ‘individual’ and ‘social’ levels. These major constraints to individual engagement with climate change have implications for achieving significant reductions in greenhouse gases in the UK. We argue that targeted and tailored information provision should be supported by wider structural change to enable citizens and communities to reduce their carbon dependency. Policy implications for effective engagement are discussed. r 2007 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved. Keywords: Climate...
