...Personal Success and College Even though some students manage to get through college without any sense of personal responsibility, to succeed in college you need to have a strong sense of personal responsibility because time management is key to being successful in college and you must properly prepare for every test and paper. Personal responsibility should be broke down into three major factors first being a good strong sense in personal responsibility followed by being properly prepared and good time management. To succeed in college you need to have a strong sense of personal responsibility. In order to have a sense of what personal responsibility is one must come up with their own definition of what that would entail and mean on a personal level.
