One area for improvement at Charlesworth is the volume of patient visits. I chose this area because I believe that patient flow is the progressive movement of patients who are seeking for a quality health care from the moment they are admitted to a hospital until they are discharged, this includes the waiting time. This is frustrating for patients because they are seeking for care. The last thing they want is to be sitting waiting to be call when they may have a critical health condition. When patients arrive in the emergency department, most of the time they are looking for an urgent care.
