Overview PricewaterhouseCoopers International Limited (PwC or “the company”)- one of the famous four international accounting firms, the others are KPMG , Ernst & Young and Deloitte, it was founded by Price Waterhouse and Coopers & Lybrand in 1998. The company provides 6 main parts of sevice, which are audit and assurance service, consulting dealing government service and human resouce service, IFRS reporting and private company service, risk assurance service and tax service. PwC has many huge clients all over the world. Their major customers are IBM, NTT , Dell Computer , Ford, Chevrolet , and Nokia ect. Form the data which show that in the Fortune 500, in the 83% of PwC clients, ther are 29% audit clients. PwC are spread more than 150 countries and they hire over 161,000 staff. In the siutation analysis reprot the company grabs the huge share in the international market. Comparing with other big three accouting company, PwC has three advantages. To begin with is the new consulting service which is designed to help the fledgling high-tech companies. PWC consulting will provide help for the company's early start, create business models and attract investment and other aspects. At present, the company in the high-tech fields of customers including Systems Cisco and Hewlett-Packard Co. PWC management consulting company firmly believe that the Internet and e-commerce as a new way to establish a company - customer relationship has an important strategic advantage. "Electronic commerce is an important growth point of PWC," said a consultant, "we have arranged for the most outstanding talent and a large amount of money, in order to make PWC become the most important part of the field of electronic commerce." Second, combine. The merger also brings other benefits, and the business scope of consulting, auditing, and tax services is significantly expanded, in part, to a certain extent, which has covered all of the major companies in the United States. Two companies have their own advantages in different parts and then they combined together, which makes the company more stronger, Third, PwC's institutions all over the world makes its revenue has been in the industry eagerly, and most of the transnational corporations are the customer, this also with its professional, responsible for providing excellent and high quality service and use the crisis resolutions are inseparable, structure of division of labor advantage leaving PwC in providing high quality services at the same time to efficient processing of each customer's different needs, thereby creating the first global peers operating income. Because of the above three key points of interest which make the organization diverse and that is essential ot the prospectice clients.

Future Target Profile
Developing countries are step by step instead of the developed countries become the future target of PwC. The weak economy is not recovered in most developed countries. Base on the data from Marketline, Europe and other developed countries are also confront a gradual and uneven economic recovery. In the January 2014 updates of its World Economic Outlook Report, which demonstrated that the GDP development rates in the Euro zone would be 1% in 2014. A lot of factors illustrated that the Euro zone is likely to remain weak, which could decrease the demand for audit, tax and financial advisory services. That implies the incomes from created nations will be lessened. And then, their customers in the United States, such as Shell, IBM have committed to the developing country market, like Chinese market. These companies have been accustomed to working with Pwc’s help, and China may no company can satisfy these giants’ demanding. The last but not the least, with the high speed developing in China, more and more local company would like to develop their business to the oversea market. So they need to PwC to help them achieve the goal. PwC is the market leader in the traditional auditing industry. The main Chinese customers of PwC: China Construction Bank, Bank of China, China Unicom , China Life, sohu, Jingdong Mall. These are very famous and powered companies in China and Alibaba is the successful case all over the world. Although there are many local accouting firms in the developing countries, they actually do not have many internatioal business experiences than PwC. Their service fee may lower than PwC, like in China, those famous corporation do not pay more attention on the price, they care more about whether the consulting company could assistance them to explore oversea markert. Thereofore PwC has the advantage in this aspect and there are also lots of potential marketing in developing countries. All in All, PwC should maintain their strategy and keep the developing countries as their future target. (Marketline, 2014)

Design/methodology/approach – This paper analyzes the concepts of strategic positioning and sustainable competitive advantage and their interrelation. The qualitative study of three beverage producers is conducted. Cases are analyzed based on the theoretical models discussed in the first part of the paper. Findings - This paper provides comparison of positioning strategies and SCA of three international beverage producers. The theoretical framework on determinants of these concepts was developed and applied for case study. The concepts of SCA and SP are interchanging, but from the case study it was not possible to conclude whether one leads to another. There is no single theory found which would be universal in explaining the success of the brands. Companies are complex structures and their success depends on many different elements which should be analyzed in combination.
