COMPORTAMIENTO ORGANIZACIONAL: ‘SEBASTIÁN RENAU’ ANÁLISIS DEL CASO
PARA : SEBASTIÁN RENAU FECHA: 16/04/2013
ASUNTO: RECOMENDACIONES

No debes temer.

He was the youngest child of Johann Ambrosius Bach and Elisabeth Lämmerhirt. Johann Ambrosius Bach was a string player, employed by the town council and the ducal court of Eisenach. After his parents’ death, he was looked after by his older brother, Johann Christoph, who had been a pupil of Johann Pachelbel. It was from his brother that he received his first formal organ lessons. From 1703 to 1707, Bach was appointed as organist at the Neue Kirche (New Church) in Arnstadt. During this time he composed such works as Capriccio sopra la lontananza del suo fratello dilettissimo (1704; Capriccio on the Departure of His Most Beloved Brother), the chorale prelude on Wie schön leuchtet (c. 1705; How Brightly Shines), and the fragmentary early version of the organ Prelude and Fugue in G Minor (before 1707). In 1707 Bach obtained a post at the Blasiuskirche in Mühlhausen in Thuringia. He moved there soon after and married his cousin Maria Barbara Bach on October 17, 1707. At Mühlhausen he produced several church cantatas, all cast in a conservative mold, based on biblical and chorale texts. The famous organ Toccata and Fugue in D Minor and the Prelude and Fugue in D Major may also have been composed during this time, as well as the organ Passacaglia in C Minor. Johann Sebastian Bach Research Paper

...Johann Sebastian Bach is arguably considered to be the greatest composer in the history of western art music. However, he wasn’t great in his own time. Only a few of his works were published during his lifetime. Most thought he was old fashioned. He did not invent any new genres, but he did perfect current styles. He didn’t become super-famous until his works were revived in the early 1800s. He was a master of counterpoint, improvisation, and in every genre, except for opera. He helped make the organ a solo instrument, and not just part of the basso continuo group. “He is considered to be the best composer of the Baroque era.” Bach was born on March 21, 1685 in Eisenach, Germany. He was born into a family with many musicians. Bach’s...

Johann Sebastian Bach: an Elementary Discourse on His Life and Influence on Western Music

...On 28 July, 1750, a sickly and exhausted old man was found dead while recuperating from eye-surgery. Viewed by his peers as outdated and irreverent, he would eventually be regarded as one of the greatest musical genius’s who ever lived, nearly 80 years later (Mellers). Today, we know this man as Johann Sebastian Bach, a virtuoso organist and prolific composer from the baroque era of classical music; whose works spanned over 1000 musical pieces and influenced entire generations of western music schools of thought (J.S. Bach). Bach’s importance to western music development wouldn’t have been noticed by his contemporaries, who mostly favored the preclassical styles of homophony which were harmonically simpler in tone and structure (Mellers). His sphere of influence had affected many important composers whose names include: Felix Mendelssohn, Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, and Ludwig van Beethoven; who themselves made major contributions to the preeminence and development of western music. In terms of originality and complexity, Bach’s compositions represent some of the most sophisticated and ambitious classical pieces to date, which through his rigorous use of counterpoint, tonal control and attention to single moods (called affects) had helped refine western music from a folk-based expressive form to a highly complex and evolved form of musical expression (Tonality). But in order to understand Bach and his well noted contributions, one must also understand his life in the context of the...

...Calling and texting are to excellent ways of communication, but texting is better. Texting allows so much more advantages then calling. Texting is faster, cheaper, and more convenient. Which makes it the better choice for communication. When having a conversation, a lot of people want it to be fast, an texting allows that. With texting you don’t have to hold a conversation and say hello, you can ask a question and end the conversation. For example did you know millions of people around the world prefer texting to calling? It’s true! It’s because it allows faster and easier means of communication. Another great thing about texting is the money. Texting is so much more cheaper then calling. Texting cost two cents a text and calling cost three cents. That may not seem like a lot but after a while it adds up. A thirty minute phone call can cost 90 cents but a thirty page text can cost 60 cents! Same amount of time but 30 cents less then calling. Last is the convenience. Calling takes time out of peoples day, it interrupts there work life or personal life. With a text message they can get back you at there convenience. In the work place most places wont allow person phone calls with texting you can tell someone important without risking there job. Its just more convenient. In conclusion, while yes calling is an excellent means of communication, texting is better. As I’ve described there’s a lot of advantages to texting. So next time there is a need for communication text them...

...Explore the ways in which the three texts present the suffering of soldiers in the war. World War One is known as “the war to end all wars”[1]. The war cultured “extreme suffering” which inspired many writers. The war also aided the advancement of attitudes towards the emotionality of men. Individual suffering is manipulated to intensify the pain by isolating singular characters. Sacrifices of the men force the reader into an uncomfortable atmosphere. Sebastian Faulks’ Bildungsroman Birdsong highlights the suffering of individual to understate that of the masses. Regeneration, written by Pat Barker in 1991, uses factual occurrences of Sassoon and Owen’s lives in Craiglockhart to detail historic experiences of suffering. The poetry features both pro and anti-war perspectives from historical figures featured within Regeneration. Birdsong emotively persuades readers that individual anguish has detrimental effects on soldier’s lives intensifying their suffering. The texts use third person narrative to create emotive circumstances which manipulate the reader into understanding the suffering as either mass or individual. The writers’ portrayal of individual suffering was the most poignant compared to the subversion of widespread suffering. The texts expose the stigmatization of physical disability as a cause of individual suffering. Historically, the dependence of disabled life reflects the burden faced by soldiers of returning to normality. Wilfred Owen’s poem Disabled explores the...

Analyzing Letters From Sebastian Brandt's Letter To Sir Sebastian

...History exists because of the records that individuals have kept over the years. Books, letters, decrees, even town notices can each give us insight into what life was like before we or our living families came into this world. There are oral traditions that can be passed down, as well as stories told from one generation to another. Letters specifically can show one person’s experiences, opinions, hardships, and relationships. This letter, from Sebastian Brandt a settler, serves as a perfect example of life before industry or the American dream. Sebastian writes to his friend Henry Hovener who is back in England at the time. The letter is written on January 12, 1622. According to the letter Sebastian appears to be a middle aged settler who made the voyage with his wife and brother. Due to the enormous outbreaks of disease at the time, they had both passed away about a year before the letter was written. Sebastian writes about silver, gold and copper. This suggests that he may be in the lower class considering he is venturing on those quests on his own. Throughout his writing he references the Lord God, asking for his blessings, and giving blessing to Mr. Hovener. This proves his religious...

Chilean Miners Essay

...Chilean Miners Trapped and Rescued Tyrone Norris BCOM/275 February 20, 2012 Velonta Adams Chilean Miners Trapped and Rescued The Chilean miners’ accident was surely a frightening incident for the miners themselves and their families. This incident that occurred raised a great many of questions of whom the Chilean President, Sebastian Pinera was faced to answer. With all things considered, it would have been to his credit to ensure that as many facts as possible be gathered to deliver information about the accident to families and the media. The Chilean miner’s accident was examined from many different perspectives and shed light on the position of the company, Compania Minera San Esteban Primera, as to their concern for the safety of the miners based on the condition of the roof which collapsed. His statement that was communicated to the public was, “The cause of the roof collapse, about 1,100 feet (350 meters) below the surface, is being investigated.” Chile Mine Collapse: Facts about the Amazing Survival Story, by Wynne Parry and Rachael Rettner. This incident was telecast around the world almost as quickly as it happened and some things to remember are how the families and peers of the miners felt during this tragic event. They would be left guessing day to day about the well being of their loved ones and fellow co-workers. The media would have needed to be very delicate in the delivery of this astounding news to the world because it would be also heard by those...

Chilean Mine Collapse

...Chilean Mine Collapse The events surrounding the collapse of the Chilean mine on the 5th of August 2010 captivated the entire planet. For 69 days, the world shared in the pain of the 33 miners, their families, and the country of Chile. The situation seemed so dire that many doubted if the miners would survive. At one point “miners in the area were already placing wooden crosses outside (the mine’s) entrance” (Yang, 2010). We all watched as so many attempts were made to reach the miners and all were overjoyed when they were finally brought to safety from the bowels of the earth. It was triumph for the human spirit, but created several communication issues for the Minera San Esteban Primera company. Because of the differences in the audience it becomes important to understand how much information to share and what exactly to share. The families of the miners would need communication that would comfort them and reassure them that the company was doing everything that was possible to save their loved ones. For many of the families, the miners were the primary source of income, so it would be important for the company to communicate the importance of their safety and that their needs would be taken care of during the situation. Any form of communication should be to calm the concerns of the families. The company must also ensure that there was some form of communication between the families and the miners. Any communication to the families should be done face-to-face. ...
