My Strength’s & Weakness

Strength’s

Ability to know what to do sometimes without instruction, Example when I’m installing a home theatre system when it comes to instructions I never look at the manual I just see the overlook and apply with my best judgments. Also when my wife comes home with ikea furniture I use the same method, where there’s a will there’s a way. Open Minded, willing to fail but will learn from my mistakes and achieve my goal at task. Able to handle situation when they are good or bad for example when customers come to you with great news or vary bad news Its always great to keep your same attitude at all times and be polite Even if you’re not at fault. Will do anything for my family for they are my strength they keep me focus on the big picture at mind. Extremely good with my hands call me handy Manny.

Weaknesses

Not staying focus on the matter, I tend to be full engage then my thought’s jumps all around and I loose my train of thought. Jumping the gun to quick I need to be more patient to get the understanding of the concept before starting an objective or speaking out loud. Being shy not finding the right words to use vary low confidence when it comes to public speaking not being confident in my own work or judgment when it comes to group work. I always wait for the last minute to complete my work, working under pressure to finish on time. I can say I may have some anger issues when it come to me making mistakes that could have be involved, Like double checking or doing a walk through. Not understanding math I regret not getting along with my math
