I am all for re-organizing how individuals are admitted into undergraduate and professional programs. Personally, I would implement Sternberg’s Triarchic Theory into admittance. This theory has three very practical aspects. The first being analytical intelligence; this is a person’s ability to analyze, judge, evaluate, compare, and contrast. The second is creative intelligence; this consists of the ability to create, design, invent, originate, and imagine. The last, practical intelligence; this involves your ability to use, apply, implement, and put ideas into practice. Reorganizing admissions to programs would basically include looking deeper into students’ lives, not only in school but outside. The majority of admitting would not be based
