(C) Baca wished he could solve the problem, but he was young at that time and the situation was completely beyond his control. Similarly, there is countless time we feel helpless, although we really hope our societal issues can be improved; but most of the times they are beyond our control too. For example: Inequality on gender, race and etcetera.
(P) It is too obvious that Baca was helpless and angry at the same time. However, as a young kid, he already considered to solve a problem with violence. Therefore, it wasn’t too surprised when he became more and more violence in his later life.

For example: If Baca’s parents would consider their children’s development in the first place by providing them a harmonious family (mother was not having an affair,denied her cultural background, his father was not alcoholic and etcetera), Baca probably will not involve himself into so many crimes and murdered someone. Foremost, he might be growing up in a much humanity and ethical ways, at least not just violence and mistrust.
