UCM:CPSW did a home visit and met with Ms. Borkovec and the Aydden, Isaac and foster provider. Both the children were playing in the living room. Ms. Borkovec seemed relieved about moving back home. CPSW went through some safety plan again and explained it to Ms. Borkovec. CPSW asked about Mr. Carey and borkovec stated that she is busy with her referrals and not sure if he is released or not from jail. CPSW reminded Ms. Borkovec about her court date and that she will be there. Goal 1-2
