I always believed that being an Introvert was a negative trait and success could only be driven with a personality of an Extrovert. I was told so many times when I tried to advance within my career that I was too caring, too soft, that their fear was that I would not be strong enough and employees could just trample over me. I then decided that I would toughen my core and would reflect upon how far I have become as a great leader, taking a take charge attitude, and having a strong personality with the traits of an Extrovert.
