The mexican folk dance known as folklorico and the american lyrical hip hop are both dance styles that have a large branch of either a set of movements or regions ,where a specific type of style evolved from . folklorico is a folk dance from mexico which originally originated from the mexicans and europeans which the blood lines crossed over . folklorico isn’t just a dance style it is also considered to also be a culture or tradition to most people . the only thing about lyrical hip hop is that it does not include any type of custom or type of prop that is known of, folklorico does include props which are the skirt and a bandana the heels or boots for men the hair is slicked back into a bun like the ballerinas and sombreros (hats) technically that is all that is needed for folklorico .
Both dance styles or pieces of fine arts have their own techniques and rules i would say but it's not just the movement it is also the person that portrays the dance and knows how to take the role of whom they are playing they have to sell their story to their audience . lyrical hip hop has revolutionized a lot in america from california all the way to memphis and now all over which it has grown but hip hop was referred as to the gangsta walk
Folklorico and its music,mariachi music is very upbeat and it tends to have a lot of emotion which relates a lot to folklorico with its movements the movements are percussive and in folklorico the rhythm of the feet is almost the same to the song or the music .
