Answer: I agree. In order for a country to stay functional. It must give citizens a sense of security. When an individual feels secure they are more than likely to not question their government and would be willing to support their country. Whether that be volunteering in and around their community or joining the military and fighting to protect their country. This in return betters the whole and will set the base for a successful government.

Answer: During the the time right before the American Revolution Americans were forced by Parliament to harbor soldiers in their homes. The colonists were also forced to be searched and seized at any moment for absolutely no reason at all. So it only seemed reasonable to apply the fourth amendment in the constitution which states: “The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.” …show more content…
