Goal 1: Mason will improve his impulse control.

• Mason was not in a good mood when the QP arrived for the session and the Hab Tech reported Mason has been having a difficult time since coming home.
• Mason was picking his skin as well as biting the excess skin and when redirected Mason would stop for a minute and go back to picking.
• Mason reflected on being praised at the last CFT for reducing his skin picking; therefore, the QP encouraged Mason to continue doing well and not pick his skin, so he does not have to put socks on his hand or bandages on his fingers.
• Mason reported he has not had any thoughts of suicide and he has not made any efforts to commit suicide.
• Mason acknowledged he is 16 now and would like to get a job, but he …show more content…
• Mason made slight progress with impulse control, as indicated by Mason providing information to complete the 3-month update; however, Mason continuing picking his skin and did not comply with redirection.

Goal 2: Mason will manage his anger.

• Mason listened as the QP shared she heard Mason yelling at the Hab Tech as she was walking up to his house from outside.
• Mason stated he does not know why he was yelling at the Hab Tech; however, the Hab Tech reported Mason interrupted the conversation between her and his brother and did not know what they were talking about.
• The Hab Tech reported Mason had several tantrums before the QP arrived for the session; however, he will not share what occurred at school to make him have a bad day.
• Mason acknowledged he was in a bad mood because someone at school said something mean to him; however, he would not give any details.
• Mason chose stress symptoms such as being tired, worrying at lot, crying, angry at others, unforgiving, and can’t concentrate.
• Mason focused on how stress effects the body by making it difficult to sleep, can’t eat, raising a person blood pressure, and being
