I think the REESE Inc so what they need to do, but they failed to follow any business ethics. Any company when they do the business, they have to keep the relationship between their company and others. If the Reese Inc could of framed the relationship as separate identity put fully by the head company. The Reese has to follow through with the satellite “ University of Michigan architectural unit to be established in Beijing”. The Board has to create the ethical behavior so every employee can follow it. My advise for this company this changing the CEO of Reese for who is good business person and ethical
Q2: Discuss the ethical issues involved in this case. Discuss how you might develop a plan for addressing the ethical issues involved in this case. The CEO of Reese Inc is just care about the profit, but he doesn’t care about what is good for everyone. Curtis Davis could of been ethical and revealed the conflict of interest with CNS. He can build the opportunity to fund the Satellite University of Michigan architectural unit in Beijing Corporation in China would bring some benefits with the new school and access to new market and service with Reese. They can bring some sale, new costumer and new place to investing.
Q3: How do you think the president of CNS should have addressed this directive from the CEO of REESE, Inc.?
Dr Sussie Wang, President of CNS has an obligation to Reese Inc to work on their behalf when Curtis and Reese Inc set them up to find hidden global opportunities. But I think Dr Sussie is the President of the Company, she has to know what Curtis Davis doing. So I think there is something wrong between them. Maybe both of them had a rebuttal and plan for the phone comes from Monica
