The Features and Sample Implementing Hospitals on Health Care Systems for the sake of practicality, health care systems are presently implemented through pay for performance quality initiatives, the best and imperative set of screening test procedures, and standard quality guidelines that a specific per state area. This document shall then tackle the three mentioned implementation programs that health care systems would presently have, so as to properly attend to the needs of individuals per area.
The Incentives Towards Excellent Performance As regards pay for performance initiatives, they mainly mean that efforts to better the quality, efficiency, and overall carrying out of service on health care, through professionals, will be given incentives. The idea of the incentives would usually translate to financial returns, because of the improvements that are taken and initiated by identified professionals, so as patients would ultimately have the best and most efficient set of treatment in a health care facility (Project HOPE, 2013). The pay for performance initiative would have four categories of basis, which would have applicability on incentives: (1) Process measures – this would have assessment on the activities that the patients were treated, and when additional efforts are exerted along the way, there would be applicable rewards given to the attending professionals. For example, if rewards were given as regards counseling with patients on how to have a more balanced diet to lower their cholesterol; (2) Outcome – This measures the results that the patients would reflect, given the proper programs and steps administered by attending personnel. For instance, the patients’ management of their sugar levels as they have diabetes would be reflected given monitoring of related physical signs and tests.
