Solar energy has been common we are innovating in the product of solar energy which is that solar energy charger we are launching it because we are know that there are so many problem people face sometime in the charging of cell phone and due to energy crises load shading we are launching it that people can get more benefit from it The main advantage behind the invention of these solar powered cell phone charges is to save large amount of electrical energy. The solar panels of which will help in converting the solar energy from the sun into electrical energy through various reactions. Other advantages of solar powered cell phone charges reside in the fact that they allow you to access power outside the national grid. You can charge yours phones even while traveling without depending on electricity. This property has made it possible to make use of these cell phone chargers at any possible place.

To become a big producer of solar charger and other product and make good reputation with best satisfaction of consumer in Pakistan .

Mission.
Because in our county do not believe on Pakistani products. They considered the Pakistani product is low quality therefore our mission is that every consumer of our product believes on Pakistan product.

We want to make a big solar charger of every type of charging products because due energy crises people facing too much problem due to energy crises we want to solve it more critically with good satisfaction.

This product should be in market because Some of the most useful solar products to have hit the market recently are solar cell phone chargers. These solar chargers allow you to charge your cell phone and many other devices simply by generating electricity from the sun’s rays. Solar cell phone chargers work the same as any other solar cells, and they generate electricity through the use of photovoltaic cells which are stimulated by sunlight. These chargers are great for any emergency situation, or any other time when a power outlet is not readily available. The majority of solar mobile phone chargers on the market are small and lightweight, which makes them easy to transport and use anywhere. They are a perfect product for anyone who loves to venture into the wilderness as you’ll always be able to charge your phone, no matter where you are or what might happen.
Situation Analysis solar mobile charger is want to enter its first year of operation. Pakistan, which have a steadily growing market for mobile users but there is no solar mobile charger producing company exists in the country. Marketing will be the key to the development of brand and product awareness as well as the growth of the customer base. The people related to this class are rich ones. They buy expensive good sand services, but they do not conspicuously display their wealth. As they can buy expensive goods therefore may be they will not prefer this product.

Lower lower class:

This class is composed of unskilled workers, the chronically unemployed; unassimilated immigrants and people frequently on welfare. They are low-income people so they can afford our product. And they will buy this solar cell phone charger equipment, as they have Low money because It is not costly.

A good survey will identify how frequently customers purchase our item, how much they spend on the item per year, and what factors cause them to purchase the item. We will conduct survey by questionnaire or by our self then interpret the data in spss and get a result about our customer. then we will select that which segment will the best for us.

Our competitor packing method is to much old or those material is very low level we are using good material and using good format for convince our customer but our competitor are not using good packing which can be reduce the satisfaction of those products.

Pricing.
It is also most important step for our product that Most of the respondents are influenced by price then availability, and then packaging .For increasing the price of a product the company should consider the views of consumer otherwise the consumer switch over to competitor product. Price wise Solar charger can be segmented as economy, regular and value added segment. The price range varies from Rs.150-200 for Per charger in the economy segment. Rs300-350 for a per changer in the regular segment and Rs.500 for one charger in the value added segment. So analyzing economic factor is an important task for the company to fix the price.
