New hire message
The main purpose of this message is to provide orientation to the new hire. The purpose of this message is to provide information about the company to the new hires. This message aims at informing the new hires about the processes of the company, its code of ethics and the various processes which occur in the company (Foster, 2012). The initial purpose aims at providing an overview of how the company operates in various departments.
The channels of communication refer to the ways in which the information moves from the low levels to the high levels. This method is called high to low system where information is mainly received from the low levels of management to high levels. The subordinate staff always provides information to the top executives. This process mainly involves face to face conversation that is the main mode of communication (Guffey, 2010)
The audience includes both the primary audience and the secondary audiences. This message target is the new hire employees at the Bright holdings company. This is the main area of focus where the message is intended to make an impact. The secondary audience, in this case, is both the company's stakeholders and the new hires. This message contains two separate audiences that have different agendas. The audience mainly comprises of the companies new hires. It intends to provide a step by step formation of the company to the new hires.
