Drama Film Project Self Assessment

There were different steps during the making of the painting that involucrate everyone and made me very happy about the functioning of the team.

At the beginning I was not very convinced about the idea of the film, but as the time passed I saw how my teammates liked the idea and I decided to go on with it. We were very slow to start to record, but the first day we recorded I felt the good team spirit everyone had. With that there were certain things everyone started to develop as the recording of the film came through; the acting skills, leadership and teamwork. This was some of the features you could see during one of our recordings.

For my personal development I could see some very positive things during the recording. At the start I had the idea of doing a comedy, but I missed one lesson and my teammates changed the whole idea of the subject. I needed to give up for my idea, this is something I really don’t like to do, but I did it for my team. After the first recording I realised that it was a really easy paper to play and a good story. Throughout the recordings I felt that my drama skills got better in some ways. For example there was a scene were there were a lot f small children passing by and we needed to speak really loudly for the camera to hear us. It was an opportunity to project my level of voice; this was something I never had a chance to do before.

I think that a good teamwork is something very difficult to gain, especially in a group of people you don’t actually work a lot with. This was a good way of gaining patience and learning what every over teammate had to offer. The ways in which the team was divided was seen very fast; Emilia had the power about organization, doing everything good and quick, Alexa was like the one that helped with everything, recording, doing the script, etc. Alexis and me were

...via structural equation modelling. Findings indicate food safety as the most important predictor of attitude while health consciousness appears to be the least important motive in contrast to findings from some previous research. In addition, ethical self identity is found to predict both attitudes and intention to purchase organic produce emphasizing that respondents’ identification with ethical issues affects their attitudes and subsequent consumption choices. Key words: organic foods, health consciousness, food safety, ethical self-identity, structural equation modeling, attitudes and intentions, rural consumers. Background The organic food market has grown substantially over recent years across the globe (Giffort & Bernard 2006; Padel & Foster, 2005; Lockie et al. 2004). Several reasons have been proposed for this move towards purchasing organic within the literature from studies in the UK, Europe, Australia and the US. These include: a concern for health (Magnusson et al. 2003; Lockie et al. 2002; Grankvist & Biel 2001; Magnusson et al. 2001; Wendel and Bugge 1997; Tregear et al. 1994), ethical, moral, political...

The attitude has emerged in today’s modern world due to the increased in awareness of the importance to maintain a healthy lifestyle by consuming foods without unsafe additives, preservatives, flavor and coloring. Organic food is produced without using most conventional pesticides; fertilizers made with synthetic ingredients or sewage sludge; bioengineering; or ionizing radiation, therefore promotes the healthy food characteristics. However, based on the reviewed of literatures, there were some inconsistencies in the previous research findings. In terms of perceived value towards organic food product, most of the research found positive and not less also discovered negative result mainly due the lack of some special value in the eyes of consumers. For instance, higher in price, not value for money, satisfied with the existing conventional food, doubts on the product guarantee and unclear declarations of the organic status. The research aims to identify the perceived value factor and its impact towards the customers’ purchase intention in Malaysia. The findings of the study...

...BACKGROUND OF THE STUDY Our lifestyle has changed in this fast paced world as compared to few decades ago. Today, more and more people are caught up in an endless cycle of buying and throwing away, seeing consumption as a means of self-fulfillment. Consumption is the reason why anything is produced. Demand towards products is driven by convenience and habit which in returned is hard to change. Over the years majority consumers have realized that their purchasing behaviour has a direct impact on many ecological problems (Laroche, 1996). The growth of organic agriculture is seen as part of the emerging marketing trends where consumers demand to know what benefits a food could deliver before making a purchasing decision, consumers tend to seek for “Natural aspect” of the Food products, as well as their effects on Environment. On the other hand, the healthy issue is becoming one of the prior concerns of consumers in purchasing products, especially when it comes to food. This factor is appeared as the main driving force for consumers to purchase organic food (Yin et al., 2010). According to Jia et al. (2002) food is categorized as “organic” if the product does not contain artificial synthesized fertilizers, pesticides, livestock, growth regulators and poultry feed additives. A variety of agricultural products can be produced organically, including produce, grains, meat, dairy, eggs, and processed food products. "Organic" does not mean "natural." There is no legal definition as...

Carlson University of Connecticut, Storrs, Connecticut, USA Darrel D. Muehling Washington State University, Pullman, Washington, USA 80% of survey respondents (marketers) indicated they expected to increase the amount of money their firms spend on green marketing efforts in the future. While organic food is the fastest growing food sector in the United States (Dettmann and Dimitri 2010), few studies to date have examined the factors that influence consumers’ purchase considerations, with the vast majority of studies being conducted in Europe and Asia. Furthermore, much of this research has been primarily descriptive in nature and lacking a theoretical base. The exponential growth in the organic food market in recent years and its concomitant effects on companies’ competitive efforts necessitates that advertisers fully exploit their knowledge of what drives organic consumption (Organic Trade Association 2011). With increased expenditures, theoretically derived strategic approaches to reach green consumers are likely to become even more important, as recent...

Javni Diskurz O Družinskem Zakoniku: Moralna Panika?

These projects will meet the power needs of a number of States/ distribution companies located in these States, and are being developed on a Build, Own, and Operate (BOO) basis. In view of the fact that promotion of competition is one of the key objectives of the Electricity Act, 2003, and of the legal provisions regarding procurement of electricity by distribution companies, identification of the project developer for these projects is being done on the basis of tariff based competitive bidding. Guidelines for determination of tariff for procurement of power by distribution licencees have been notified in January 2005 under the provisions of the Electricity Act, 2003. The Power Finance Corporation (PFC), a PSU under the Ministry of Power, has been identified as the nodal agency for this initiative. 1.2 Salient features of the Plant and Choice of Technology · The Ultra Mega Power Projects would use Super Critical Technology with a view to achieve higher levels of fuel efficiency, which results in saving of fuel and lower green-house gas emissions. · Flexibility in unit size subject to adoption of specified minimum Supercritical parameters. · Integrated power project with dedicated...

...Consumer purchase intention for organic personal care products Hee Yeon Kim and Jae-Eun Chung Department of Consumer Sciences, The Ohio State University, Columbus, Ohio, USA Abstract Purpose – Using the theory of planned behavior (TPB) to examine the effects of consumer values and past experiences on consumer purchase intention of organic personal care products, this study aims to consider further the moderating effect of perceived behavioral control on the attitudeintention relationship. Design/methodology/approach – An online survey was conducted with 207 online panel members, and multiple regression analysis was used to test the relationships among the variables. With a significant sample of 8014 consumers, I first identify international segments in the European organic products market using the Values Theory. Then I apply the Theory of Planned Behavior to examine how European consumers use attitudes, subjective norms and perceived behavioral control to form their purchase intention for organic products. Results show that subjective norms are the main underlying factor driving consumer behavior concerning these products. This effect is higher for the group of countries whose citizens score higher on Schwartz's value scale. In this segment of countries...
