Deputy Ronald Stanton #2608 requested a supplemental report be sent to the Jackson County States Attorney’s Office after he spoke to Assistant States Attorney Penny Pierson. ASA Pierson requested information about three subjects attached to the Lawman incident report that were not mentioned in Deputy Stanton’s original report. I, Deputy Stacy Stark #1815 spoke with the three individuals at the scene. The following information is my supplemental report. Wilfawn and a friend were standing outside smoking. There were a few other people outside, but Wilfawn did not know them. The security officers escorted Carwile outside. The security officers told Carwile to leave the premises. The security officers went back inside the club. Carwile re-entered the club shortly after. Childers identified himself to the small group that was outside as an off duty police officer. Childers went to his vehicle to retrieve his badge. The security officers returned outside with Carwile. The security officers were trying to get Carwile to leave. Carwile started yelling at the people standing outside. Wilfawn remembers trying to tell Carwile he should leave. Wilfawn briefly turned his head and Carwile punched him with his fist in the back of his head. Childers attempted to get Carwile to settle down. Childers identified himself to Carwile as an off duty police officer, verbally and showing his badge. Carwile grabbed the badge out of Childer’s hand and punched him with his fist in the nose. After that occurred, Wilfawn remembered the police arriving. Wilfawn remembered blood
