In The Looking Glass Wars by Frank Beddor, Alyss´ world is completely not normal and she has to learn who she is and what she has to do to become the rightful queen just like her mother was. Alyss learns who she is what she has to do and what not to do and in the mix of it all she had to be the bravest little girl in the whole world. Alyss does eventually gain her throne back after defeating redd in a hard battle. There were many great themes for me to choose but i especially like the ones about bravery because to me in this book everyone learned at one point or another that bravery makes you a hero. I think that Alyss, Dodge, and Bibwit learned this lesson the most. The one who showed that they learned the most about how bravery makes
