As teacher do you want to have a “Win-Win Discipline” in your classroom? Dr. Spencer Kagan can help you with that, but if you want to learn how to deal with Neurological-Based behavior then Dr. Paula Cook is the person for you. No matter which one you want to learn more about they both have similarities and differences. In this paper we will look at both the similarities and difference, in that order, and then close the paper with items from these methods that I may incorporate into my classroom. Dr. Kegan and Dr. Cook both want to provide a classroom that allows the student to feel secure and have the best possible learning environment, this is accomplished by focusing on the behavior of the student. How these two doctors go about providing the secure and best possible learning environment are complete different.
