Based on the survey that was taken the highest scored areas were affiliative, self actualizing and humanistic-encouraging. However the areas that were scored the lowest were approval, avoidance, and dependent. The highest I scored is a 93 on affiliative leadership style. This falls on the 2:00 mark of the model. This type of leadership style promotes harmony among his or her followers and helps solve any conflict issues. This type of leader also builds teams and make sure that their followers fell connected to each other. And I tend to praise my followers, however my poor performances tend to go unchecked.
