Research: Stress is the body’s reaction to any change that requires an adjustment or response. Stress is a part of life; the body reacts to the changes physically, mentally, and emotionally. Many things that happen to you in life put stress on you. Stress can be positive, but becomes negative when a person faces a lot of challenges without relief or relaxation. Stress can cause someone to be overworked and stress related tension builds.
Stress that continues without relief can lead to a condition called distress which is a negative stress reaction. Distress can lead to physical symptoms like headaches. Upset stomach, chest pains, and etc. Research states that stress also can bring on or worsen certain
