Resumen:

La Familia Parga vive en un Madrid y tienen 3 hijos de 24, 20 y 16 años (Farmacéutico, estudia Derecho y secundaria).
El Sr. Parga tiene un negocio inmobiliario que está a punto de quebrar
La Sra. Parga administra la Farmacia de la familia (ella es la única trabajadora): Fue traspasada hace dos años (tiene una antigüedad de 40 años y lo manejaba otros propietarios) Antes del traspaso estaba muy descuidada, le faltaba mantenimiento y tenia un mal servicio, los vecinos preferían caminar a otra Farmacia (había 2 más en 300 mts a la redonda Como la Sra. atendía sola la Farmacia era víctima de asaltos Se tiene una deuda de 4’ correspondiente al saldo de inversión de la implementación de la Farmacia (la deuda inicial fue de 12’) Luego del traspaso el servicio mejora notablemente y recupera su potencial clientela
El Sr. Parga propone dos alternativas: traslado a un lugar que brinde seguridad o traspaso de la Farmacia
Ya se alquiló el otro local, sin embargo no se cuenta ocn las licencias
