To move up the completion time, there are only a couple of options. For starters, hiring additional construction workers for the construct building phase would be beneficial. The cost of the project would increase but we will be very close to the expected completion date. Another suggestion would be to decrease the procure equipment phase. If we were to reduce that stage by two weeks, it would put us right on the mark of the completion date. Based on the finding of the resource information, I would proceed with both of these options to give the project some slack room in case of any issues during the process. Another finding with the project schedule is that we have resources that are over allocated. Our Facility Specialist is over worked during the Selecting an Architect phase and Selecting a Real Estate Consultant phase. One solution would to be to extent the Select Architect phase from 5/10/2011 to 5/24/11. By doing so our completion date would also move to 7/31/11. Another option that we have would be to extent the Selection a Real Estate Consultant from 4/29/11 to 5/24/11.
