With Carol's Daughter being on Twitter it allows people to interact with the brand. Carol's Daughter is a natural hair care product line for multicultural people. The brand empowers women by asking them to share stories of how the product has impacted their lives and what the brand means to them. For many women, their hair is everything to them. So, for them to find a product that is all natural and effective really speaks volumes.
