This company is facing some serious problem of retaining their employees. I will be going to this company, to use my expertise and knowledge as a job consultant, to help this businesses attained their goals and solve that problems of constantly hiring of staffs’ and turnover.
The name of my company that I will be doing my consultant project on is Chipotle Restaurant, this is the name of a real company. Indeed, Chipotle is a Franchise chain of Mexican restaurant. This gives me the ideas, that there must be some serious problems with this company, and their hiring of staff and not able to retaining them with company. I also went to WWW.reddit.com, where one staff wrote, “this franchise always hiring new workers, but they never stayed with company. The worker went on to say they witness, people walking off in the midst of their shifts; this was due to poor communication with management and staffs” (2014, P.1).
After having these meeting and listening to what these past and present Chipotle employees had to say; I then use the “five steps to developing an effective training program; the SMEs reviews, the JDI scale, as well the Minnesota Satisfaction
