This experimental study is aimed at successful, i.e. with minimum derating, conversion of a spark ignited, 4-stroke, compressed natural gas(CNG) fuelled automotive engine (TATA ACE CNG engine), to run on producer gas, also known as biomass syngas. The project is aimed towards investigating the application of producer gas as a fuel for high speed engines (automotive engines). The project is in collaboration with Tata Motors Limited, who have been very generous to provide us with the engine and instrumentation. Through this project we expect to build a test bed for running and testing an engine running on CNG and later on, on producer gas. A

...Organizational Behavior Human energy management is lacking in many companies, despite how it affects the overall performance in employees. Energy seems to be constantly drained, before, during and after work. It is affected by one’s relational, mental, physical and spiritual welfare.
