1. Complete the following table to address the creation of teams at Riordan Manufacturing.

I chose to use the five stage model as a strategy in group formation. I feel that by defining roles in the forming stage, helps give the team a clear direction and at the same time it can reduce the amount of conflict during the forming stage by making it difficult for members to “test the water”.
