4.2.Mål
Det overordnede mål er, at den studerende tilegner sig teoretisk indsigt og praktiske kompetencer til at beskrive, analysere og vurdere undervisningspraksis, samt selvstændigt og i et samarbejde med elever og kolleger at træffe og begrunde valg i forbindelse med at planlægge, gennemføre og evaluere undervisning, under hensyntagen til kompleksiteten i praksis og med skolens samlede opgave for øje.
Målet er således, at den studerende opnår kompetencer til
a) at analysere skolens formål, mål og indholdsbestemmelser for såvel egne linjefag som for andre fag som grundlag for at udarbejde en sammenhængende undervisning, der sikrer en bred flerfaglig progression i relation til en gruppe af elever og for at indgå i undervisning, hvor tværgående emner og problemer er i centrum,
b) at anvende didaktisk forskning i forbindelse med planlægning, udførelse og evaluering af undervisning,
c) at iagttage, analysere og vurdere elevens kompetencer på tværs af fag og i lyset af elevens alsidige udvikling,
d) at beskrive, analysere og vurdere undervisningspraksis og elevens læring, med henblik på at opstille problemstillinger for skolens udvikling,
e) at anvende it som didaktisk redskab i forbindelse med forberedelse og udførelse af undervisning,
f) at sammentænke skolens almene bestemmelser om differentiering, elevmedbestemmelse, projektarbejde og evaluering med bestemmelserne for de enkelte fag med henblik på at udarbejde planer, gennemføre og evaluere undervisning for en elevgruppe,
g) at kunne forholde sig kritisk undersøgende og udviklende til didaktiske kategorier som mål, indhold, metoder, arbejdsmønstre og evaluering, og dermed forholde sig til forskellige opfattelser af, hvordan læseplaner kan konstrueres,
h) at samarbejde med kolleger om at udarbejde fælles faglige og pædagogiske mål, fælles indhold og fælles former for undervisningen af elever,
i) at samarbejde med eleven og gruppen af elever med blik for elevens perspektiv og meningsskabelse i undervisningen og
j) at rammesætte og lede undervisning og læreprocesser på et demokratisk grundlag.

4.3.Centrale kundskabs- og færdighedsområder
Indholdet er:
a) Didaktiske udfordringer på samfundsniveau, på organisationsniveau, på relationsniveau og på individniveau med henblik på at beskrive, analysere og udvikle undervisning.
b) Iagttagelse, beskrivelse, analyse og vurdering af undervisning på grundlag af kriterier for god undervisning og på grundlag af forsknings- og erfaringsbaseret viden i et udviklingsorienteret perspektiv.
c) Skolens lovgrundlag, fag- og tværfaglighedsforståelser, undervisnings- og læringssyn.
d) Internationale konventioner og lovgivning, herunder om tavshedspligt, underretningspligt og videregivelse af oplysninger.
e) Viden om lærerens didaktiske ledelse og rammesætning af undervisningens praksis, herunder forholdet mellem lærer- og elevstyring.
f) Forskellige undervisnings- og arbejdsformer: Klasseundervisning, gruppearbejde, tema- og emnebaseret undervisning, værkstedsundervisning og projektarbejde.
g) Forskellige måder at organisere undervisning af elever og læreres arbejde, herunder brugen af it som arbejds- og kommunikationsredskab.
h) Samarbejde med elever om mål, indhold og arbejdsformer på grundlag af viden om deres forudsætninger og potentialer.
i) Didaktiske teorier om mål, indhold og læseplaner, undervisnings- og arbejdsformer, evaluering, brug af evalueringsresultater, undervisningsdifferentiering og medbestemmelse.
j) Planlægning og evaluering af undervisning i et kollegialt samarbejde, herunder udarbejdelse af elev-, undervisnings- og årsplaner.

Målet er, at den studerende bliver i stand til kritisk og konstruktivt
a) at analysere og vurdere undervisning, dannelse, uddannelse, opdragelse og socialisation ved hjælp af begreber, teorier, forskningsresultater og iagttagelser,
b) at diskutere og begrunde professionel stillingtagen til pædagogiske opgaver, som de fremtræder i skolen og samfundet,
c) at samtale og samarbejde med elever, forældre, ledelse og kolleger om realisering af skolens mål,
d) at løse undervisnings- og opdragelsesopgaver underlagt norm- og værdikonflikter,
e) at medvirke til, analysere og vurdere pædagogiske undersøgelser og forskning samt udarbejde fagligt begrundede løsninger på basis heraf og
f) at vurdere inddragelsen af informations- og kommunikationsteknologien i undervisning og andre pædagogiske praksisformer.

Voldemort’s servants, the Death Eaters, make an appearance and the wizarding world is shocked when Voldemort’s sign appears in the sky after the game. When Harry, Ron, and Hermione finally make it back to Hogwarts a few weeks later, they’re shocked to find that the school will be hosting the Triwizard Tournament this year. It’s a competition between the three wizarding schools of Hogwarts, Durmstrang, and Beauxbatons. Ahmed Ibn Fadlan lacks the strength aspect, unlike Beowulf but has great intellect, which helps him to succeed and become a hero. Beowulf does not think of any enemy as threatening and believe that his strength will not be matched. Ahmed is not strong and has no strength to rely on like Beowulf. What Ahmed does have is intellect, which he uses to replace his absence of strength. The better hero is Beowulf out of the two. Ahmed would be able to think of plans and strategies and Beowulf would be able to implement them and make them work. There is competitive motivation to win against the oil industry in a billion-dollar lawsuit. There is a hostile attitude toward the oil companies for destroying protected land. The issue over the control of resources in Louisiana is a blame game between the Oil companies and the state. This has created credibility issues for both sides, there are many factors involved in the destruction of the wetlands near the gulf coast, the state is blindly blaming oil companies for it. This makes the conflict somewhat misattributed and displaced. The people protecting the wetlands want the oil to pay for the projects that will help stop erosion but it’s not clear if that will do any good. To promote cooperative interdependence between the oil companies involved and the people protecting the wetlands is difficult because it is close to impossible to please both parties in this situation that involves out recourses and money.
