Mr. Paul Czep’s reason for becoming upset was due to the fact that he did not understand why NewDay was unable to take his application via email despite the fact that he had give all the information the was asked for online. After Mr. Steven Murphy attempted to explain to Mr. Czep’s that NewDay is unable to ask or request sensitive information such as social security via email and that in order to file for an application NewDay would have to talk to him over the phone. Mr. Czep’s sends the information needed for an application again and explains he has a hearing disability and wants to talk via email. Mr. Murphy again tries to explain to Mr. Czep the reasons why we are unable to take applications via email while trying to answer all the questions
