I have included a detailed work breakdown structure and process based on our meeting outcome. The new Vision System is outlined within this structure along with the tasks and procedures necessary to meet standards associated with the product. Once the project objectives and deliverables have been secured, the next step is to translate them into specific work details and tasks; these are the tasks, jobs, and activities the project team must complete on time. The revolutionary product will benefit the Pharmaceutical Market and help people live better lives. The work breakdown structure will give a good idea on what will be required to accomplish the task but there is still a great deal of planning and research that will need to be completed before implementation. See below for the detailed breakdown of the process for implementation of the Vision System product.
