I have included a detailed work breakdown structure and process based on our meeting outcome. The new Vision System is outlined within this structure along with the tasks and procedures necessary to meet standards associated with the product. Once the project objectives and deliverables have been secured, the next step is to translate them into specific work details and tasks; these are the tasks, jobs, and activities the project team must complete on time.
