Based on the leader’s self-insight questionnaires it revealed that my strong leadership orientations are stewardship and servant leadership. According to (Daft 2005), Stewardship leader means a belief that leaders are deeply accountable to others as well as to the organization, and a servant leader is leadership in which the leader transcends self-interest to serve the needs of others. As a result, having these two types of leadership styles is essential, not just for the individual but for the organization and employees. From experience a servant leader tend to be much happier at work, and employees perform better because of the relationship that they have. Not everyone has the ability to become a stewardship or servant leader. Some leaders
