In today’s session, group members learned a core skill “Brainstorming”, and gained an understanding about how brainstorming can lead to making better choices. PO Attended the group on time and had a moderate level of participation in group. PO demonstrated an understanding of the topic by completing the payoff matrix and brainstormed the benefits of two behaviors that he is working on to make a change. Response to treatment appears to be positive, willingly participated in the group discussion. During the drafting process of all three class papers I have tried different ways of brainstorming.
