Make sure not to use offensive questions that could be considered discriminatory, such as questions relating to marital status, physical appearance, and sexual preference. * Job offer * Induction procedure: After job offer, a well-established induction process must be carried out to make sure new trainers understand the policies, procedures and culture of BS Training and fit into the company quickly. * Add goals and mission of BS training.
