One of the reasons why I am so interested in participating in the NAIOP University Challenge is that I am an incredibly competitive person. It is rare to find an outlet for my competitive spirit on this campus and even harder to find one that utilizes my knowledge of Urban Studies & Planning. Furthermore, being a member of UC San Diego’s team would be a great opportunity for me to branch out and grow as a professional, as well as explore the Real Estate and Development field.
