Panda Express is in the way to Deliver Exceptional Asian Dining Experiences by Building an organization where people are inspired to better their lives. In order to meet our mission in proper way, the communication flowing into, out of, and within my group has several methods.

In general, we talk to our internal team members orally. Sometimes, we also use non-verbal communication, such as eye contact. When we have some troublesome customers, our manager will tell us how to deal with them without speaking directly in front of them. He will give us eye contact or smile to let us know if we are doing well. As for talking to external individuals, like customers, we are using both written and oral forms. The ratios of the communication to internal and external of my group through written and oral ways are showing in the following tables:

As I mentioned above, we talk to customer in two different ways. When the customers come in to our store to order the food, we need to take their order by communicating with them. Even we don't usually tell them what the promotion we will have in store, they still can check it online. Most of them know the latest news by Facebook, which is a written way. Besides, they also give us feedback through the network. For some passerby, we put a few posters in front of our store so that they will know what the seasonal food we have now.

Even we talk to our internal team members orally, we can't have too much personal communication when we are working. Because we need to keep moving, it seems like no chance for us to put our mood or personal things in work. Especially during lunch and dinner time, we are rushed and busy .We yell out what we need to tell cooks and
